Product Disclaimer:

We strive to provide accurate product images & product details on our website. However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, and post-production enhancements.

Returns & Refunds:

Return Eligibility:

  • If you need to return the product, please raise the request from My Account page within 7 days of product delivery.
  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
  • Since we have published all the relevant & important details related to fabric & sizes, returns/refunds/exchange will be accepted only in case of wrong designs or in case of any manufacturing defect.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • While raising the request for return, unpacking video is mandatory to be attached if you have received wrong or defective product.

1.  If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.

2.  Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.

3.  If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service. Please note return will be accepted only if there is issue (misprinted, damaged or defective) with the actual product received.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund even after 7 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled once the status of the order is “processing”.

International Orders:

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
