Returns & Refund Policy

Product Disclaimer:

We strive to provide accurate product images on our website. However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, and post-production enhancements.

Returns & Refunds:

Return Eligibility:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since delivery of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. While raising the request for return, unpacking video is mandatory to be attached if you have received wrong or defective product.

To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 2 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, please share unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging.

If you would like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects, no return and refund will be possible in such a scenario.

1.  If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with unpacking video.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund even after 7 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, initiate the return request from order page and click on Refund button against the order. On clicking the refund order, select the appropriate option, fill in the details & attach unboxing video (within 20MB) & images. Unboxing video must be taken from all angles so that one can see that the package received was not already opened.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled once the status of the order is “processing”.

Custom Orders:

Please note that custom product orders cannot be cancelled once placed and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Orders:

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Additional Information:

• We reserve the right to deny exchanges, replacements, or returns for any reason. Our decision will be final and binding.

• All returned items must meet our eligibility criteria. If they do not meet these criteria, the return request will be declined.
